Shia Saide LaBeouf - aka Samuel James Witwicky

Shia Saide LaBeouf is a Daytime Emmy Award and BAFTA winning American actor and comedian. In 2007, LaBeouf starred in Disturbia, a thriller released on April 13. He played a teenager under house arrest who suspects that his neighbor, played by David Morse, is a serial killer. The film was a hit and LaBeouf received positive reviews for the role, with the Buffalo News stating that LaBeouf "has grown into an appealing, bright young actor who is able to simultaneously pull off [the character's] anger, remorse and intelligence", Kurt Loder of MTV writing that LaBeouf "gets his star ticket decisively punched", and the San Francisco Chronicle noting that LaBeouf is "fast becoming the best young actor in Hollywood".

In comparing the film with Rear Window, The New York Daily News described LaBeouf's appeal as "more John Cusack than Jimmy Stewart". Also in 2007, LaBeouf provided a voice role as Cody Maverick in the animated film Surf's Up and played teenager Sam Witwicky, who becomes involved in the Autobot-Decepticon war on Earth, in Michael Bay's Transformers, released on July 3. LaBeouf has said that he is a fan of The Transformers television series and the 1986 The Transformers: The Movie, and executive producer Steven Spielberg cast him in the role having been impressed by his performance in Holes. Disturbia was the most important film to LaBeouf of his three 2007 films, because it was a "character-driven" role.

iPhone 3G

Wow! this is gonna be really interesting. They call this a revolutionary mobile phone which has been built on future technologies. iPhone 3G combines a Great mobile phone, Wide Screen iPod, and a breakthrough internet communication device into one device. This Apple's product, like it did with iPod, will soon be a hit.

You know what made Apple's iPod so popular? When it was introduced they changed peoples' mind by saying that people who use iPod are "cool" and people who don''t aren't "cool". So, to be cool, all you had to do is buy an iPod :)

FL Studio 8

You know what, I'm a great fan of this one. I like music and more than that I like composing, even though I'm not extremely good at that. But I keep doing experiments and try to learn new things in this field. I know my strengths are limited due to various reasons, but something in my head drives me further. I wish I had a chance to see how these great musicians compose music. Certainly it must be a hard work. For me, my dreams came true when I came to know about this software. As I can remember, my brother brought it home few years back.

Using this software, you can simply build your own music track. And, FL Studio 8 is so advanced, but believe me, it is very user friendly. Digital music composing is not that difficult now. I guess that is why most people try their luck nowadays.

Well, let me just explain. You have to have a certain knowledge on music before you put your hands on this. The more you know about music, of course the better the music track you produce. And if you have knowledge on mathematics, sound engineering and physics (a little bit is enough) then you can get the maximum benefits. But unfortunately, I don't have those knowledge much so most of the plug ins and features are Greek to me. But still, I can manage the software hazel free.

This is actually a total solution. You can even master a track and produce it. I wish I had some hardware which complement FL Studio. When I got use to every component of the new version, I'll write something about them.

Finding a University..

Well, I've been thinking of discontinuing this topic as I found various other links that provide very useful information regarding the same topic. And I found this forum which has lots of members and it is very active. So, I'll give you all those links that helps you to find a good university in UK. After all, repeating the same thing makes no sense.

First Step - Where do you wanna study?

Selecting a university for higher studies might be a pretty daunting task. First you have to do is selecting the country where you wanna study. This obviously depends on several things. In my case for example, I chose United Kingdom as I wanted to get advance entry levels. Now you might think this is possible even with Australian or USA universities. Yes, it is possible but, I wanted to get into the third level of an undergraduate business degree because I have a Higher National Diploma. The thing is, in other countries this is not possible and most probably you will get only exempted from one year of studies. Therefore for me, going to UK was much more beneficial than my other options. I really don't want to study same things I studies for my HND.

Other than that, another thing is living conditions. But as you may all know there is no doubt about high standard of living in UK, Australia, USA or in New Zealand. But I'm not pretty much sure about Malaysia and Singapore and other countries where people go for higher studies. When talking about living conditions, the next thing that comes to mind is living cost. This is where the later set of countries are popular for. Obviously the former set of countries are popular for considerably high living expenses. But if this expenses are really troubling you, then you might wanna consider Singapore, Malaysia and countries like china and Russia (even India is good) as you destination. They have relatively low cost of living and some of these countries even provide very special advantages to international students.

For me, another thing that matters is climate. Due to my health problems I certainly cannot go to colder countries. But still I chose UK because of the benefit of advance entry level. But I will make sure that I go to a city that is not so cold (Southern part of England).

And more than any of these, you might consider a country where your relatives are living in. You are so lucky if they wish that you could live with them and study.

One small incident... few years back

Long time back I designed this for my college science day. This was supposed to be the front cover of its souvenir. I actually liked it & all of my friends did too. Too bad we couldn't organize the event due to government policies.

This is not the thing what I want to say. It is amazing to see how some external factors affects our life. Some of them are just too far away to consider. But still they make changes.

Finding a university is a great deal..

Lately, I have been trying to find a good university to complete my undergraduate degree. To say, this is not an easy task especially if you are an international student searching for an overseas university. Going to spend your next two or three years in that particular country may be a whole new experience to you, like in my case. So, I thought of adding what I found when searching for a good university to complete a degree. I'll try to be fare for all of you while laying out some more info for guys and girls like me.

You will know what I mean :)
